The ASDO micropile system: anchoring in difficult-to-reach areas of marine structures and deep excavations as tension piles

The ASDO micropile system consists of a steel tension member with a upset-forged threaded connection at the head and a cold rolled profile for bonding of the shaft to the cement grout. Micropiles are used for general anchoring in difficult-to-reach areas of marine structures and deep excavations as tension piles. Both steel sheet pile and solid concrete walls as well as combined steel/concrete walls can be securely anchored or tied back with ASDO micropiles.

Anker Schroeder has applied for the approval of the ASDO Micropile system at the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt).
